Nudge Money product guide
Member App and Staff App
Version 1.3
About Nudge Money
Nudge Money provides two customer-facing applications: a Member App for personal financial wellness and a Staff App for authorized financial-institution personnel. Available features depend on the institution, enabled services and user permissions.
Member App
Members can review spending, build budgets and track savings goals. Where available, financial goal scoring helps members understand progress toward their goals; it is separate from a credit score.
Getting started as a member
Access Nudge Money using the instructions provided by your credit union. Review the accounts and dates included in your view, set a budget or savings goal, and return to check progress. Where account linking is available, connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Contact your credit union for help with access or account information.
Staff App
Authorized staff can review dashboards and member insights, explore records and audiences, prepare campaign content, and generate reports. Access to records, administration settings and individual tools depends on the assigned role and enabled configuration.
Working with insights and reports
Select the relevant reporting period and filters before reviewing results. Check the date range, source information and audience membership before using or sharing a report. Share information only with authorized recipients and retain institutional systems of record.
Campaigns and Ask Atlas
Use the available campaign workflow to prepare content for review. Check the audience, consent, exclusions, offer terms and disclosures, and follow your institution’s approval and delivery procedures. A saved draft is not proof of delivery. Where Ask Atlas is enabled, specify the question and reporting period, then verify important figures and suggested actions against authoritative records before use.
Safe use and support
Guidance for members and institution staff
Protect access and information
Use your own assigned account and follow the authentication steps presented by the approved sign-in service. Never share passwords or verification codes. Access only information needed for authorized work, and sign out when finished, especially on a shared device.
Use approved channels
Keep confidential records in approved systems and limit information to what is necessary for the task. Do not put passwords, verification codes or unnecessary identifying details into prompts. Do not transfer member information to unapproved services. Have an authorized person review AI-assisted content or recommendations before using them in member communications or decisions.
Troubleshooting
Sign-in problems: use your institution’s access instructions and approved account-recovery process.
Missing staff feature: ask your administrator to check your role and enabled services.
Unexpected data: check the reporting period, filters, account coverage and displayed update date.
Failed report or saved draft: check your connection and session, retry once, and verify the result before relying on it.
Contact support
Members: contact your credit union through its usual support channel.
Institution staff: contact support@nudgemoney.com. Include the affected feature, time and time zone, expected result and actual result. Redact screenshots and keep passwords, verification codes, account numbers and sensitive records out of email.
Report security or privacy concerns
Report suspected security or privacy incidents immediately through your institution’s incident-reporting process. Institution staff should notify Nudge through Support and flag the matter as urgent and security-related, including suspected account compromise. Use an approved secure channel if sensitive follow-up information is needed.
Institution responsibilities
Manage staff authorization, keep technical and administrative contacts current, maintain your own systems of record and continuity arrangements, and follow applicable agreements and institutional procedures. This guide provides product guidance; it does not replace contractual terms, privacy notices or your institution’s policies.
